Rayne Mother and Toddler group decided to help the worthy cause
of Playground Action for Rayne Kids by doing a sponsored sing-along
at their toddler session on Friday 3rd March at 1-2.30pm.
About 20 children joined in the singing
and have estimated that as a group they would have raised around £150
for their park.
They sang 10 songs all together and all
participated with lots of enthusiasm encouraged along by parents
and carers. It all went quiet at the 8th song when all children
lie on the floor for their favourite song "sleeping bunnies."
All children were awarded a PARK certificate and a shiny sticker
and were also allowed to choose a sweet treat out of the tin.
PARK wishes to thank all that have got involved with this activity
and thank Lynn and Lorraine for their support at toddler group.
The group meets every Friday in term time between 1-2.30pm in Rayne
village Hall and all are welcome.
